This brewery was located at the Dog & Partridge, Chipping.

Brewing commenced in 2017, but in March 2018 the Dog & Partridge pub closed and there was some doubt over the on-site brewery's future.

Little was heard for several months, but in January 2019 there was a statement that the Partridge Brewery was still in existence, with the owners looking at finding a new location.

Nothing is known about the brewery after this date.
