The Brindle Distillery was established in June 2017 to create Cuckoo Gin products.

The business had an on-site bar, the Cuckoo's Nest, Brindle, which was used for special events.

As a sideline they also brewed their own beers and cider for sale at the on-site bar. This continued from 2017 for a couple of years. It is believed that beer brewing stopped in 2020.

The beers have included:-

Time O'clock Tom (3.9%) - An American pale ale.

Pete's Pair (4.3%) - A pear and strawberry cider.

Foggy Fozzy (5.2%) - A European lager.
